Where is "midi to" in my tracks?

All i see is "audio to" instead

Because you're not looking at MIDI tracks but rather Audio tracks?

Command/Ctrl+Shift+T will create a new MIDI track.

thats what i thought at first but it really is a midi track

Yeah sorry, brain fart. As soon as you put anything that either makes or processes sound onto a MIDI track the "MIDI To" option goes away because now the track outputting sound to the mixer. So it's just the way Live works.

But you can get the midi from that track in another midi track.
