Question on loading Novation into Live 8

Sorry, i'm new and am learning fast, but this is a bit hard. I have the 18i6 focusrite which has Novation's Bass Station on the CD. I installed it, but how do i use it in Ableton? As a plug in? I have my m-audio keyrig 49 for playing keys, but i can't seem to find the software. It also came with mike the drummer and a bunch of loops which i did find....
