Volumes of individual effects change or volume of the entire rack? What effects do you have in there and how are you reordering them? Depending on what you have in there, order can affect volume. For example, a Utility gain before a Compressor will produce different volume than vice versa.

Yea the entire track changes volume if i change the order!! so there is a specific order i must use? i dont see the point lol. On my master track i have this effects-
Izotope Ozone 5
Eq Eight
Mix Gel
Vintage Mastering 1

If you are using compressors and EQa then of course the order will change the volume. Each compressor in turn sees what is coming directly into it and reacts depending on its settings and what the source looks like at its input. If the source at its input changes (i.e. the output of the stage before it changes), the compressor reacts differently giving you a different output.
