I second that. I'm a musician for 30 years and have always used keyboards with sequencers...(Yamaha Motif ES88) and i just decided
to go electronic and bought a computer and Ableton Live 8. Most everyone on this site is great, and any sarcasm is tongue-in-cheek so don't ever take it personal. We newbies have to pay our dues lol. Anyhow, respect!

Totally. Most of the sarcasm I've seen has at least been humorous.

There's not enough fan boyz to ruin this forum.

If I could spell it I'd call you all by the thing that I can't spell, but you're
all a load of "psycho-fants".

That's elephants with an agenda (to the the uninitiated).

I find the Propellerhead registered user forum to be a consistently informative and generally good-natured board for sound design information (provided you own Reason, of course).

TheOnlyProphet, if you send me cold beer, I'll give you the beta license Ableton sent to me for Live 9. I'm going back to using Bitwig studio, so I'm not going to need it anymore. It was only 64 bit, so my bass didn't really crush. My 256 bit Puppy Linux box is running Bitwig like a champ and I just released 20 beatport top 10s.

Cheers, and welcome. Don't let the trolling destroy your soul. :)

Maybe I didn't try hard enough or something but, I just couldn't get into the propellerhead forums. I just went straight to the video tutorials. I'll go back and check it out though. One of my favorite things about Ableton is that I can still use Reason! LOL

 I'm on it. I know quite a few ways of keeping a beer cold during shipping.

Nope. I have to manufacture it in a lab.

It's still like 90 something degrees Fahrenheit here during the day. It's ridiculous sometimes
