So how much will it be to upgrade to Suite 9 and get the Push? I have Suite 8.
Also, prepare for a god damn blizzard of APC40s to hit the for sale board.

If I don't upgrade to Live 8 Suite now, and just want to go straight from Live 8 to Live 9 Suite, the upgrade price will be $334.
Easy choice: I am upgrading to Live 8 Suite today!
Where do you get $179 from? It shows $194 here

Yeah, curious to know if everybody who got onto M4L in Live 8 will just have to suck up the fact that it's now included in Live 9 for everybody. It would be nice if the upgrade for M4L owners was cheaper than for those without.

I was logged in when I got that quote, I've already bought Sampler, for example, and I already have Max For Live. Perhaps that influences pricing?

m4l is not included in live 9 for everybody - it's included in suite 9 for everybody. maybe everyone will go for suite, but it is a distinction.
from what 3dot said, his upgrade price is about $75 cheaper than mine (coming from suite 8 boxed), so guessing it is taken into account.
so much cool stuff... melody-to-midi, some new midi manipulation tools, bezier curves on automation, .... !

I was logged in too but yep, you having Sampler makes the difference.
So basically from bare bones Live 8, I gotta decide if Suite is worth $35 to me...
...OK, decided. Nice one!

I wonder how they managed to get automation in session? And how do they deal with the fact that session/arrangement are relative/absolute.

No ability to separate arrangement and session view and no mention of 64 bit support (if there was support they would say!). The controller price point is too high as well (although that will drop). Quite disappointing.

I'm so confused. My upgrade page says it will be $299 to upgrade to Suite 9. I own Suite 8. People who buy Suite 8 right now get 9 for free?
