Post your Live 9 upgrade path and price

I have Suite 8 + M4L
now ---> Suite 9 $234

So you get to upgrade for (using dollars to pounds) £145 and yet in the UK it works out (using Euros to pounds) at £160. Meh.

so.. I have Suite 8 boxed + M4L and the Orchestral Instrument Collection and get to pay $334, nearly $100 more... that makes sense...

I wrote them a letter, I suggest you all write them a letter on their support page. Lets show them we're not happy

I purchased LIVE SUITE USD$799.00 + MAX4LIFE USD$299.00 = USD$1,098.00, for customers such as myself the upgrade to LIVE 9 SUITE should be USD$99.00. After spending USD$1,098.00 on your software I think we deserve a little break don't you think?

So I have Live 8 Suite boxed version in UK.

My offer to upgrade to Live suite 9 is €249.

My mate sitting next to me has Live 8 standard, and his upgrade route is €149 to live suite 8 with a free upgrade to live suite 9.

Great for him, but may face is still sore from being kicked.

You should send this letter here into their support email and let them see this. I agree with you. We are getting shafted there.

So the Shop page won't show me any upgrade options from Suite 8 - only "prices to purchase an additional license". It will show upgrades to a Live Lite license, which isn't much use.

What's wack is that if I upgrade to Live 9, all the instruments I paid for in Suite 8 won't come with me.

Live 8 standard download owner. Just upgraded to Suite with free upgrade to Live 9 Suite for USD 194. Wonder how much Push hardware will cost.

Yes but what's odd on the Shop page is that I can see upgrade prices for a Live Lite license I have but not when I switch to the Suite 8 license - then it just shows prices for an additional license.

I've already seen the prices on the Live page.

That sounds perfectly fair. I think the problem you'll find though is that their website is not clear is and communicating seemingly different things.

I reckon they've screwed up the pricing for Live 8 upgrades. Reckon they've left the old pricing in for Live 8 to Live 8 Suite upgrades and it's had the free Live 9 upgrade added to it by default. Think the correct prices are on the new-in-9 page which shows a far higher price for the Live 8 to Live 9 Suite upgrade, which fits in line with other pricing.
