I already have Live 8 Suite (download) and so can't upgrade any further except to upgrade to boxed version which costs ¢84. I just tried this and in the checkout it says that it includes the free upgrade to Suite 9 (download).

Worth checking out if you have the download version of Suite.

I have Suite 8 boxed + M4L and also see the Suite boxed for 44 USD, but it only says

Suite 8, box only
With installation disc, content discs, printed manual and stickers. No serial numbers included.

No mention of Suite 9.

Where in the checkout does it say that it includes an upgrade to 9?

I just tried buying a Suite 8 box (I have Suite 8 d/l & M4L) and couldn't see anything at checkout about it including 9...

Looks as if it's having M4L that's making the difference. Very odd.

Where does it say that? With me it says in the checkout "includes upgrade to Live 9 Suite (download)".

Edit: it says it in the "Cart Overview".

Well i just tried this and my account has gone very weird. My Suite 8 (download) license is still there but my Live Lite license has disappeared (apparently replaced by the new "Boxed" license, which doesn't include any of the instruments that come with Suite).

Now in the shop i can upgrade my Suite (Boxed) license to a Suite (download) license for ¢164. Very strange things going on here...

Yeah I think the account section is still in the works with the site overhaul. My account area has no info in it, and I am logged in (says nothing but "Enter New Serial")

i have suite download and i bought sessiondrums at a later date and i can't even upgrade to boxed at all, so i either have a full L9 suite purchase or a L9 + push purchase to choose from, or get suite 8 again for full retail price. O.o

LOL I can't even get to the My Account page. Their site is getting SLAMMED.

For anyone who hasn't found it yet, you can see prices just for upgrading to Live 9 and Push by logging into the site and going to the Live and Push pages, and scrolling all the way to the bottom. The Shop page only shows prices for upgrading/buying Live 8, which includes a free 9 download.

Why is this website so apparently inconsistent???

I as well own the downloaded version of Suite 8 and M4L, when I add the boxed version of Suite 8 (for $44) to my cart, NOWHERE on in my cart or after I press "proceed to checkout" does it mention anything about Live 9, no coupon... Nothin.

I have the same experience. Suite 8 DL + M4L. Upgrade to 8 Suite Boxed is $44 and *does not* include coupon or upgrade to Suite 9.

I think this is just a poorly-QA'd pricing launch. Probably some early meetings going on tomorrow on Schönhauser Allee.

Seems like some weird pricing stuff going on.

Meanwhile what's with the new colour scheme. I never picked Ableton for a beige company.
