I bought Guitarist two years ago and they promised to add more guitars as free updates.
That was two years ago...

Sounds like terrible customer service. I'd think twice about checking THEM out any time soon, at least until they get their act together and treat their customers right.

Although shit, that Thesys thing looks pretty cool

Are the individual products 50% off too, or is only the bundle?

The discount is for whatever you want to buy from them. I'm just a little disappointed that the discount doesn't appear to apply to users who are eligible for a bundle upgrade.

Never had any contact with their customer service, so I can't comment on that.

Actually Sugar Bytes are one of my favorites,
...only this hick-up with the promised Guitarist addons is a bit sad...!

Very nice! Will order the bundle myself. As for the missing Guitarist, send them email, they are nice guys and respond to emails.

It was probably just a mistake on their website which they quickly corrected. Bound to be at least one person that keeps moaning about it though.

Anyone looking for a nice live performance multi-effects system should check out Turnado. It's fun! And it seems practically designed for an APC40.

Also, Cyclop is a solid and unique synthesizer (oriented around bass but flexible for a lot of tasks).

Most of their stuff is pretty good but I use those two the most.

Actually, if you're in the same situation as I (i.e. owning a substantial amount of the Sugar Bytes plugs), you can write them, and they'll make you an offer. I already own Artillery, Effectrix, Unique, Turnado and Wow, so to me, it was just a matter of "if I get a good enough offer, I'll simply have to jump on board" - but I don't want the remaining plugs badly enough to accept what they offered me. Might be of interest to others, though!
