sequencing my dx21 synth using live 8

hi everyone, I'm hoping someobody could be of some assistance as I've spent many hours on this issue already

I am laready triggering my dx21 as a midi controller/keyboard in Live which is terrific but I want to also use the sounds within my dx21 as well like THOSE basslines. Recording it in as audio is never as tight a groove as it is in midi obviously...

so is this possible to do. I am using an audio 10 card (traktor) as my soundcard. I have miid out (dx21) to midi in (audio 10).

in live 8 i have my midi channel strip set up and set to 'midi from all channels' and then 'MIDI TO Traktor Audio 10'...the midi is working but how would i get the sounds from the unit recorded in and sequenced...without doing it the audio way...i hope this makes sense!!

You might also want to route MIDI OUT of your soudcard to MIDI IN of your DX21, and set LOCAL CONTROL of your DX21 to off
