I sent them two corrupt .als files and they returned them fixed in less than 12h. Ok, 7h time shift but still !
I'm amazed.

I agree! I have had to contact NI support on a number of occasions, that is a nightmare...Ableton support reps seem on the ball.

I duno, I have never recieved tech support... but then I guess they dont respond to chronic crashes...

I only have a little experience with Ableton support. It was about 24-48 hours to get a response each time I sent an email.
But yes, I must concur that Native Instruments support is horrendous. Makes me want to never buy from them again.
