Got the Native Instruments Vintage Compressors and the Premium Tube Series for 99 € each.
The VariComp from the Tube series is a bit hard on the CPU but it sounds beautiful to my ears

Both extremely fun!

I waited very patiently for that Razor purchase, and was pleased to see a brief mention on KVR about Audio Damage sale.
Axon was on my long list and I'm very glad I snagged a copy. Very cool, even if it will be quite a while until I understand how
best to use it.

Thanks for the info. I decided I wanted a big ugly mac pro for the extra RAM, CPU and HD space so I'm looking at the 11" Air or the 13" Macbook Pro for live use. Both are over twice as fast as my 17" top of the line 2.4ghz machine from 5 years ago!

Izotope Trash 2 for $126.64 (precision is everything).

Normally I am not a big fan of distortion plug-ins, but this one sounds like very little else I've heard, not least because of the convolution reverb and flexible effects module routing. Great stuff.
