Is there a microtonal Max for Live Sampling instrument?

I noticed the Sufi Plugins North African M4L stuff, but is anyone building a microtonal (user definable pitch ratios) sampler ?

Would be really, really cool. You can key map individual samples in Live's Sampler and then detune or raise each by cent-based increments, but it can be a bit tedious and there's no time stretch on Sampler.
