Warp engine and bpm question.
Lets get this straight: Is the warp engine processing a clip even if its original bpm is the same as the current project bpm and no warp markers have been defined (only the "default" one)?.
I'd like to know...
I'd like to know...
Turn up the radio. Turn up the tape machine. Look into the sunset up ahead. Roll the windows down for a better taste of the cool desert wind. Ah yes. This is what it's all about. Total control now.
btw, I've noticed something that might be some of the reason that people have been making observations about the audio quality of Live.
If you have a set whose bpm setting is, say 130, and you play a, say, 100 bpm track in that set with warping *off* (such that it plays at it's original timing), it will not sound as good as if played in a set with the bpm timing set to 100.
now, maybe I'm being a dimbulb pointing this out, because it should be expected, but it doesn't seem like it should be expected.

Hey, good Idea, I hadn't thought about it!!!
Thanks man!
Anyway, if I don't enable WARP, then I cannot access the clip envelopes, can I?
