Will Live ever support this ?
Seems kind of a must for such a live-orientated tool.
Ability to read Cubase patch scripts would be a definite plus.......
If God did exist (and he doesn't), he would answer to the name of Maurizio.

It sort of works but its seems a bit buggy. BTW I like your sig.

In the notes box in a midi clip there are fields which you can use bank, sub bank, and program.
I have a Ableton Live power 4 book for sale. I also have the 4.5 hour tutorial on disk made by the same company if anybody is interested.

Yep this does work btw.
its a bit complicated - what would benice is if live could read the name of patches etc from the synth and you could select them by name - at the moment its by a string of numbers

For Mac there is the fantastic little app called midipipe that can solve all kind of midi related issues.. you can do things like adjusting a group of aux sends with one controler or convert note commands to programchange commands. A universal midi tool that is very beneficial for the Apple user.
