I am far from sure I will upgrade to l9.
I started looking at the beta but the lack of a live 8-> live 9 library conversion meant I couldn't really participate in anger in the beta program.
At the moment the sound quality improvement is the only really persuasive and indeed pervasive argument for me to upgrade.
But if they don't sort out the library and browser I won't upgrade.
Upgrade to Live 9 or Logic 9

Re: Upgrade to Live 9 or Logic 9
I find that for the features, price and reliability - Reaper puts all the DAWs to shame these days.

Been using Logic since V2. Then apple stopped supporting Logic8 on Lion OSX. Lame.
Does anyone know if Live has a pause button?
I need it for pausing Live in record mode to send Nord CC parameter dumps to midi clips.
(It allows me to record multiple CC parameters with precision at the start of clips)
Ive been upgrading Live since V3.
I would really appreciate it if they give long-term supporters a reasonable upgrade price for L8-suite to L9-suite!
