Huge slowdown in CPU, definitely need some help

I did suspect my interface had something to do with it, as my USB ports spiked in Latencymon. I have an Alesis Multimix 4, with ASIO4ALL. I also use a USB hub with my APC and MPK controllers connected. My internal sound card is disabled, and the interface selected as the output.

try unplugging all extra USB devices and hubs and plugging your audio interface directly into your computer. does the problem still occur?
