As mentioned above, the sound (I think) you are looking for is not a rhode organ at all, but actually synthesis. I think the most important part of getting that sound is chord placement, and filter freq modulation with a high resonance. I think you could get a very similar sound from almost any synth.

I used Operator and came up with something quite similar using the following settings:
Osc A: Sq4
Osc B: Sin, level at -23
Osc C: White Noise at level -15
Filter: Band Ladder with resonance at about 1.6 -- wiggle the freq around, and automate it to get those steep step cutoffs you hear every now and then (where it sounds like a sample restarts)
LFO: Rate 53 hz, amount around 50%, modulating the filter frequency. If you leave it like this, it will be a very balanced modulation. If you want it to be a little more interesting, consider using Destination B to mod LFO Rate -- I'm using about 30%. This helps add a little movement into otherwise perfect sine wave.
I think the song is in Bb Maj, and the chord I'm using in my example is and inverted Bb chord (D, F, Bb, with more friends on top)
The filter/lfo in the original example bounces around a little more than my own, but the concept is pretty much there. It might be easier to resample the synth as previously suggested to get the quick frequency cutoff changes.
