Unmap macro settings from all siblings?

Post by UCAudio » Fri Jan 18, 2013 5:30 pm

Let's say have a drum rack full of simplers. I map a macro knob to control sustain... then right click the sustain know and map the macro to all siblings. Now the macro knob controls the sustain of all of my simplers. Later I realize I actually need that knob mapped to transpose instead. Is there a way to unmap it from all siblings so that it removes the sustain mapping for all of the simplers i have loaded? or do I need to manually unmap it from 60+ simplers?

Hi, yeah I modified the options txt to enabled the ability to copy a macros settings to all siblings. I'm just not sure if there's a way to remove from all siblings if you want to map something else to that macro knob for all siblings.

Open up the macro mapper (macro map mode switch). Left panel shows all mappings. Shift click like a text editor to highlight all mappings for that knob. Delete. Best option I've found

Bump. Is there any way to do this in 2021?

The macro mapper thing is not helpful in all cases.

Thanks.
