This doesn't look good... Try reflashing the firmware and updating the drivers

Try installing Asio4all... http://www.asio4all.com/
It seems to be a driver issue, so if updated drivers aren't doing the trick that's your next best bet.
Although I'm not sure exactly where this click is coming from. I'm assuming the lights on the front of the box are just indicators that sound is being outputted.. but what what do you have open on your computer to make the click sound?
