Launching clips with "master" - uses automation

So I have a loop created using clips that I dragged onto the arrangement view.

From there I automated a bunch of effects, swells, cutoff, frequencies etc.

When I'm back in session mode, and I click the master mode to launch all clips, it uses the effects/automation at the beginning of the arrangement mode.

I want it to use the effects/automation where it ends up at the END of the 8 bars I automated, not the beginning.

Does that make sense?

Could anyone point me in the direction? I googled and searched here but I guess the intricacy was too complicated.
