Ableton says the purchase has crashed and I should try sending payment again (nothing's been unlocked) - but PayPal has sent me a receipt saying I've been billed £164!

Furious!

No waiting line at customer support, just 'we're busy' and cutoff - outrageous!

You have taken my money. Where is my product!

This is a joke.
First Abes are creating interest in L9 & Push and than they can´t cope with the traffic.
What kind of Company is this?

Struggling with traffic is one thing; allowing a website which takes £164 out of your account, then crashes and has no recollection of your payment is outrageous!

It would seem the forum is about the only thing up and running. Managed to get the products into the cart, that's about it. Now website completely down. £40 for the box on top of download plus £6 postage to UK if anyone is interested?

Sympathies and all that but...

why did you guys choose to do this on the ACTUAL day of launch. Seems like it was asking for trouble.
