just went to order now & there's no paypal option. still not working. and they don't accept my credit card either.

Yeap I've tried three cards and I get the same thing while my banks say they've blocked nothing.

Hi, I do try to purchase Ableton 9 today with my creditcard but it is still not working!
Paypal is something else than paying with creditcards? Or is everything disabled.
And people of Ableton could you give a estimate when everything is working. Now
i'm trying to purchase in the dark.

I just hope my card doesn't get shut down now. Last time when I tried to buy M4L my account was frozen and I had to go to the bank and get a new card etc. I seriously hope this doesn't happen again.

Same here...updating to Live 9 suite and preordered Push, went trough the payment process and on the last screen it said "If this page doesnt redirect to..." and then a link with success payment, which never loaded. I got charged on my bank, I got a message stating Ableton.com 119€. If i log into my user account the items are still on my cart. I have tried contacting support without success.

Write to them at their support number. They came back to me within 4 hours, confirming the sale had not gone through, and that I should redo the transaction. Which I did, and it all worked smoothly.

Support number? I called yesterday and lines where overloaded, not even a answering machine.
I have sent them two emails to the support email. That was yesterday
