I've got a feeling they just closed off the phone lines for this week. As they were already unreachable on Monday all day and evening.
Even my local retailers can't get through to Ableton lol. /facepalm

Well... I start thinking. Why is it possible to order a pizza via paypal, but not software/a manual from a big software developer?

I managed tovget troughvthe phone. I talked to a guy and gave him my user name. He said it should be fixed soon. Still waiting

push is credit card only! not possible to buy it with paypal or wire transfer (IT is working on wire transfer)i opened a case because of that ;/ now i bought push in another shop but i lost my 50€ for my upgrade and push.

update only with paypal is working.... i can't believe that every other shop have so much payment options bit here it's not possible to buy push with paypal? haha appleton...

Same problem here with credit cards being declined. I called my card company, and they watched while I attempted to place my pre order. They told me that no transaction even came through. They were not declining the purchase, at all.

So something is haywire with the order system on here. I hope they get it fixed, or at least extend the offer till after March 12 if I haven't been able to order by then.

I tried calling support, all I get is an answering machine, and it hangs up after the message.

Huh, I'm having this exact problem now. Paypal isn't working though my account is fine.
