Ableton Live 9. First Impressions??? what do you think?
Been playing with the demo all day. some really good little additions. personally i love the wet/dry control on the compresor and the glue compressor. the audio to midi can work really well but it really depends on how clean the source material is. what does everyone else think?

I think I would be nice to have a demo in the first place.

Well I must say I am like a 9 year old kid at christmas. Looking at the demo at the moment. Saving and exporting not enabled yet; it keeps timing out which is probably to be expected...
It seems to have found a lot of my existing presets and it knows where all my existing sets are. I am a bit worried about library integration - my entire Live 8 Library, all 30 some-odd Gigs of it, lives in the cloud, and any hassles there will take a hell of a long time to sort out....

I'm wondering about this myself. I might jump at it day one, just for Melody to MIDI.

Hmm, the browser is going to take some getting used to. I can't find any of my old custom racks. According to the manual they should be in the user library but it is empty...

I enjoy the new eq features, FFT as audio is playing is awesome for quick adjustments to control dynamics of a sound. very hands on and quick.
