Also remember that EVERY new product from Apple is showing 3-4 weeks delivery right at the announcement, then drops down to 1-2 weeks after a few days in some areas. But they sure don't ship immediately.

Maybe the demand have been higher than they excpected, who knows...
I've had reason to look into what it costs to store some crates of products, and it's frighteningly expensive. Even if they were a bigger company with the same storage it would seriously eat into their profits. Some are acting as if they were insulted personally by Ableton because they didn't ship immediately :P
Push being available right now would be a terrible thing for me. I'd spend money I'm supposed to spend on other upgrades first ;)
