Can not upgrade from Suite 8 to Suite 9

Can not upgrade from Suite 8 to Suite 9

I purchased ableton live suite 8 and am supposed to get a free download to suite 9. When I go into Your Account and then software to download Suite 9 the only option I have is for Suite 8. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem? Wondering if upgrade downloads aren't available yet? I understand that ableton is being overwhelmed right now but any feedback is appreciated.

Purchased off ebay hope I didn't get played. Hoping someone official will get back to me. Already purchased ableton push. Need help. :(
