This is strange, why in Ableton 9 am I not able to drag a clip over to the browser window to save the clip?
I usually would drag them into a special folder I have within the Ableton Library "Clips" folder called "My Clips", but now when I drag the clip over there I see a "no way" symbol.
?

Re: Cannot save Live Clips by dragging and dropping into browser
Alright, so it looks like you can only drag clips to a "Places" folder. This is a strange limitation. Also it seems that folders within the Ableton Library cannot be "Places".
I guess it is not difficult to create a new desktop folder for my user created clips, but just seems strange. Why can't I just drop them into the Clips folder in the library? That would seemingly be much more efficient organizationally.
