Multiple Instances of Live 9 running and Library not workin?

ok i had 2 instanced of live 9 running and 1 of that instance wasnt able to open the user library.
someone else have the problem?

ive closed one instances and the other was able to open the Library.

Yep. Only one instance at a time can access the library.

hmm a bit dumb when you ask me? why? i hope they over think this again - because its cr*p that way.
