Has anyone had Ableton reply to a service request?
I understand during the upgrade it's going to be crazy but after repeated phone and online message attempts I've had NO response, not even an automated confirmation. Upgrade special is almost up and I already decided I was willing to wait on the Arp issue and assume it'll get fixed and get it at the special price but I can't even get the order to go through. Anyone heard from them at all?

I have had Customer Service reply to a simple query I made since the 5th also.

yes, when I was having trouble purchasing Live 8 Suite w/ free upgrade to 9, but...
They were quick to respond but by that time I had sought an alternative method of payment. This was at the beginning of Jan.

I left the purchase in my basket without going ahead with it. They were pretty quick to ask my why. LOL

yes, every time i made a request they got back to me within 48 hours

and there is always a automatic response when you write to contact@ableton.com or using the contact form.
