Live 9 Suite / Max4Live - license question

i upgraded from Live 8 Suite, incl. Max4Live, to the Live 9 Suite where Max4Live is integrated anyway.

the question is:
can i transfer my "old" Max4Live license to another account without losing the Max4Live functionality in my Live 9 Suite?
(i ask because there is no extra license in my account but the "old" one. i can imagine that the "new" license is integrated in the "Live 9 Suite" license but i just want to get it 100% clear! ;) )

an official answer (from one of the Abe's) would be nice to clear this out "perfectly". 8)

hehe... funny thing.

i searched the KB before posting here and didn't found an answer to this specific question.

BUT now, after clicking the link in your response, i found the answer to my question instantly... weird... :D
