That actually looks very useful. Power buttons? Highlighted 'selected' device per channel? Seems like their method for handling APC behavior.

I am tempted to try this haha. Can you midi map anything in it?? :P

i havent seen any mapping so far. You can also re-order from within that mini-browser, though that part is what still seems glitchy since names will disappear after that, but lookin good

giving credit where it's due - and pointing users into more Options information
this is where the reboundsound blogger got his info from (he mentions this, but if you need more info, here it is)

I would give credit to Abes:

Except they don't list this option on their page.

I tried it in the beta and it didn't work for me - looks cool tho so I'll have to give it another go.

This really cool but it doesn't work exactly how i'd expect. I'd expect that you could double-click an effect shown here and the device viewer would move to show the effect you clicked. Kind of like a chooser for which device is front and center.

Seems like an interesting intermediary step to a traditional DAW mixer view where you have faders and the effects above it to click and edit.

Noooooooope, I'd have to say it is.

I'm using it right now and it makes my life so much easier, especially when I have major amounts of tracks going. So helpful to get a immediate overview of what's got what in it.

Ermahgerd, you can reorder devices in long chains without having to drag the actual devices around. No more fiddly scrolling while dragging left/right in the device view!

^ But I don't need or use any of that, so this works great.

Redraw is a bit buggy for titles of the devices, but that's no biggie.
