Can't get max for live content for live9

I am a live8 suite owner and the ableton website won't let me download content (packs) with max for live devices for live9.
...not being a compatiple pack, I can't get any max for live content. But I have live9 demo installed on my system and would love to demo max for live too!
...anyway has anyone got this problem???
