IS THERE WAY TO SEND MULTIBLE PROGRAM CHANGES IN 1 CLIP

IS THERE WAY TO SEND MULTIPLE PROGRAM CHANGES "AND CC CHANGES " IN 1 CLIP USING AUTOMATION TO EXTERNAL MIDI DEVICE.
IN ABLETON LIVE 9

No, but you could use follow actions to other clips to more or less automate program changes.

Look into clyphX , I'm pretty sure it can do this
