Bring back vol pan and transposition buttons in Clip View
Before L9 we had easy access to Volume, pan and transposition of a clip in its clip envelope view, through nice buttons.
It was very clever as those parameters surely are the most used for basic modulation.
Now, we have to search through a huge list of parameters... and there's a huge wasted blank space underneath.
Moreover, for those who use the "show automated envelope only" in arrange view, this new system kind of make this function obsolete (for example, I generaly automate pitch and volume of an audio clip in its clip view, and other paramters like fx in the arrangement automation lanes).
Please, bring us back those nice buttons, this empty space makes me sick.
Cheers.

God yes, now there's just a blank spot there. ?????
Re: Bring back vol pan and transposition buttons in Clip View
Yes. It makes no sense to take these away only to leave empty space.

I could only see standard midi parameters in the drop down. Clip vol wasn't modulated by volume or expression. ???

Still on Live 8 but def agree that it should be put back
Re: Bring back vol pan and transposition buttons in Clip View
How about showing n buttons in the empty area depending on the modulation targets you USE the most?
THAT would be awesome!
(I know: This requires a test whether the device to which the parameter belongs is present on the channel at all...)
