Come on Ableton, I think you should at least give us an explanation.
6 pages... and not a single word. It is not how we were used to interact with the team.

To be honest i don't think it's such a big deal. It's just two clicks.
But what freaks me out is that the PAN modulation has been removed, or am i dreaming again ?

Pan modulation is still possible: viewtopic.php?p=1515236#p1515236chapelier fou wrote:To be honest i don't think it's such a big deal. It's just two clicks.

I don't get the difference. It certainly would make a difference if you could play multiple clips in a single track, but since you can't, in my understanding clip panning leads to track panning. Am I missing something?chapelier fou wrote:This is track pan, not clip pan.

So you could make a panning automation relative to the track panning.

Re: Bring back vol pan and transposition buttons in Clip View
it is a bit confusing now but i've gotten used to it, sort of...
envelopes > mixer > track panning
then you can right-click the waveform/midi notes area to switch between modulation and automation envs.
