No, but I'm about to, thanks for the heads up. I've really been getting into using stuff like this and synth1 recently.
*edit* I'm already sold on the new GUI

Re: U-HE TYRELL N6 V3
oh, it is only VST3 and Ableton does not support VST3.
Am I right?

In Live 9 on my mac, all the u-he plug-ins show up in the Audio Units folder. Tyrell N6 V3 is working fine here!AxfromMuc wrote:oh, it is only VST3 and Ableton does not support VST3.

Might not be good for PC users though.
Re: U-HE TYRELL N6 V3
is the MAC version VST3 or VST2?
oh ... MAC is AU. lucky you

The PC installer includes a VST2 and VST3 version (both 32 and 64-bit) plus presets.jlgrimes wrote:Might not be good for PC users though.AxfromMuc wrote:oh, it is only VST3 and Ableton does not support VST3.

So no problem using it with Live on Windows.
Re: U-HE TYRELL N6 V3
well, that is true. but if you are an idiot like me who de-selects VST2 in the installer and then complains in the forum ...
thank you!
thank you!
Re: U-HE TYRELL N6 V3
one thing to add. I tried to install v3 in parallel to v2 in Live 9 (in a different subdirectory). but when I selected v3, Live always opened v2. after deleting v2 it worked.

Bloody hell, to say it's a CPU hog is an understatement. I've had poorly made Synthedit creations that weren't as hungry as this.
Yeah it sounds fine but it ain't gonna get used much beyond twiddling with.
Also, is there any way of resizing it? I have my screen resolution on max and it doesn't all fit on but there's no option to scroll to the missing parts.
I was hoping I might be able to find a setting to cut down the amount of voices so it doesn't max out my CPU on one note with a long release!!

Ok well thanks to the resizing, I can now see that clearly and i'm now horrified. It was already on 1 voice so definitely can't handle the release tail without dying.DataMusic wrote:do a "rightclick" on wooden panels left or right on the pluginJarvisimon wrote:Also, is there any way of resizing it?
Thanks, that sorted that out fine. I've taken it down one size but now it's a bit too small.

I did try it on a different patch and got slightly better results but this isn't a synth that i'm going to be using for anything.
I've got a dual core 2.2 centrino and whilst it's a few years old now, it isn't completely crap as I can run 10+ instances of Massive with effects on it.
Thanks for the freebie Urs but it's eaten everything I have in the cupboard!
