OK, I saw that Ableton David posted the survey link on the forum.
What's the big deal?
Was the pop up hellishly intrusive?
The questions seem sensible; obviously Abes are trying to understand their user base.
And a survey has some advantages over a forum: while a forum allows detailed interaction and discussion, only a small number of atypical users tend to dominate there. A survey gives you a broader and (possibly) more representative range of responses.
Survey? Really?

you're way OT right now... this topic deserves its own thread.infernal.machine wrote:I'm pissed off that I HAVEN'T been surveyed. It's like Abes is telling me that MY opinion doesn't matter!

Re: Survey? Really?
I haven't seen this survey yet. Guess I should work more. My question is, could this thing pop up while doing a live set??? Because then I would understand why there's six pages of bitching. Because the last thing a program built for performing music should do is interrupt you while you're doing it.
Re: Survey? Really?
it pops up the same way the tutorials pop up. if you've ever had an issue with the tutorials during a Live set then, yes, you should be weary.
