Thanks for the kickdrum dpel.....I'll give it a shot.
I can never find one that suits me.
As for lack of activity, I'm trying to make dj friendly sounds, so it is meant to be basic without much variation. I tend to buy and play records that do not change much, but have a solid looped groove.
I know a few atmospheric sounds here and there may add some texture.... but I'm still looking for the right samples.
