Live 9 Library

I've had Live 9 since the day it was released but every few weeks my Library seems to just vanish and all my instruments disappear. So a few times i've uninstalled Live and then downloaded it again but the problem still seems to occur every few weeks. Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this problem?

more info is needed...

is your library on an external drive? if so, it could be the USB cable.

you should elaborate on your setup... Mac or PC, etc etc.

the few times when it has appeared to happen to me is when I have some text entered in the finder bar of my browser. If the text does not match any preset, it will appear empty.

The other time was on the cusp of the upgrade from 9.0.1 to 9.0.2. I just had to restart Windows.

this can happen when you start live9 while live 8 is running. close both, start only live9, presets and instruments should be there again.

Clear/close search box and I would think it would display again. All I can think of.
