hi, yall. ive been wanting to map the x-y functions of the qu-neos pads to control macros in abletons racks. this works quite well however when i map the control it defaults the value of x and y to 50% when you take your finger off the pad...WTF? this is very frustrating especially when trying to control something like filter-freq or a dry/wet value. if anyone has any advice on control mapping with the qu-neo any advise is appreciated.

It's most likely your Quneo mapping that centers the XY-pads when you release them. I don't have one (but I have a Softstep). On the Softstep you need to select XY latch as the chain input for the parameter to stay where it was (as opposed to XY live where it bounces back when you release). The Quneo must have something similar.

yup, the QuNeo also has the latching mode. search for "latch" in the QuNeo PDF manual.
