Hi All

I'm in a DJ competition next week in which I have 30 minutes to impress the judges (the crowd).
What I want to do is squeeze 15 tracks into that time but I know that to do this I will need to re-edit tracks.

I understand how to do this in principle but I have a question I hope someone can help me with:

Once I have set the tempo, warp start point etc, if I want to shave a minute or so off a long intro, should I then consolidate the audio file after moving it back to the start point or is it ok not to bother doing this?

I hope this question makes sense? I'm fairly new to Live so if it doesn't then I will try and ellaborate.

Thanks in advance.

Jamie

You should be able to just set the start point, triggering the clip will make it play from there.

Now go practice :P
