Why cant i save files?

Why cant i save files?

Everytime i try to save a new file or sometimes even open a file it tells me i cant save becasue the computer cant find the template 26 can anyone help me please? :cry:

Are you on a Mac or a PC?

What Operating system are you using?

What version of Live are you using?
