So I need some new "studio" cans. My sweety bought me Beats a year ago. But since I've had my Rokit 8's I can tell that the Beats are filthy liars in the lows and mid department. Cool for going def and whatnot but I'd rather have honesty when I'm doing my thing.
Any of you own the KRK cans? Specifically anyone that also owns AKG or Sure or other higher end brand.
I'd like to stay under the $250 range.
What're youuuuuuu using?

I use the audio technica mth50. It's a great bang for buck. Get from Sweetwater or similar so you don't come across the bootlegs. If you decided you want them, get a coiled cabed pair, the straight cable is pretty long and risks getting snagged ro rolled over by studio chair.
