I'm biting the bullet too... I only have one project with vocals outstanding... But I have Live 8 & 9, Logic 9, and Cubase 7 that all can survive the update to pull that off with... downloading now.

Running Live 9 right now on my MBP (2012) with 10.9, and everything is working fine. All my VSTs with files on an external drive are running fine, VSTs from Ableton as well as Native Instruments. All major functions working fine.

anyone here have the Steinberg UR22? Interested to know if it survives the update as there's no official drivers or word I can see from Steinberg

Live 9.0.6 works fine here...

but jbridge doesn't... so no 32 bit plugs. :(

Automap is working fine so far... I've only used a Novation Remote Zero SL at this point.

Cubase 7.0.6 and a CMC-CH channel controller are also fine so far.

and last but not least... the FL Studio Mac beta (11.0.2-1) is still working too. 8)

gnight

Curious about Native instruments stuff and Logitech drivers? [edit] Logitech added a 10.9 update for it's mice. [/edit]
So far on the NI forums people have tested Maschine, Kore, and Traktor which all seem to be working.

Jbridge not working makes it look like I may wait to instal for an update to jbridge. :?

My son just installed it so I'm going to let him be the guinea pig, but I just got pro tools and Avid recommends not doing it yet

PLus I can't find a single mention of it on the Steinberg site for my UR22 and my FW410 was abandoned at Lion and even the drivers they did do don't seem to allow my inputs to work. They work fine on windows under boot camp

Given in most of the ways I actually liked OSX it seem's to be going further and further away I think I'm going to sit this out.

so its looking more and more that its safe to say we can run live 9.0.6/M4L 6.1.3 under Mavericks.
i haven't done the full research on all my plugs yet. and don't want to wait for 9.1 to get a nice install on my laptop.

anyone with these plugs reporting issues:
Reaktor , Madrona Labs Aalto, Arturia, Izotope, Battery, these are my main stays for designing.

cheerio

I'm wondering if a "clean install" is needed when going from 10.6 to 10.9.

right, if you want to reinstall Live and all your plugs and instruments and so forth,..
which in my view is way too much hassle. thats how i see it.

That's why I'm asking...that would be a lot of work...
