Problem with razor patches not saving in a live set

Hey all!
So I bought Native Instrument's Razor and have been doing some sound design exploration. I can save patches and load them just fine, but my question is has anyone experienced these types of patches not being saved when saving your live set?
Whenever I go to load my set, all the tracks that have razor patches will load as empty and I have to manually reload those patches one by one. This often leads to a crash. I've sent crash reports to both Native Instruments and Ableton, but no word on either front.
Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else out there experienced this?
