Traktor Backup problem - No response from NI!

Hi There,

I've posted this in the NI forums, but no response.

I've a gig coming up and going into slight panic mode!. Lot's of Traktor users on her, so thought I'd give this a bash.

I recently upgraded my Traktor Pro2 software and to my horror found all my playlists etc had been blasted. I followed instructions to restore my previous settings but still there was nothing!

So, after a brief meltdown, I noticed there was a backup file (Traktor Icon) which seems to load another version of Traktor with all my previous playlists and stuff.

So far, so good. However, if I then open the standard Traktor Pro2 none of this is saved.

So, how can I save this backup to my main current software.

Hope this makes sense!
