Just an amazing synth, very accurate. Been wanting an accurate 101 for many years, this nails it and has a great arp/sequencer too.

I got it and love it, it does feel like a beefed up version of the free one and for those that don't know it does a lot more than basses.

As well as being an excellent synth in its own right it also has a step sequencer with a proper step time input that makes up for Live's nonsense. You can drag your recorded sequence from Bassline-101 to a free midi track as a clip. And you can also use Bassline-101's midi output to drive other midi tracks within Live.

Brilliant.

definitively a superior soft synth, i played with it yesterday and i was very impressed.
I will do some A/B comparisons test with my real 101, expecially interested in how good the bass will be.

a quick recording i did yesterday, bassline and the two sequences from the TAL Bassline.
Unregistered yet so it felt a lot like the real 101, no preset saving, just commit to audio and go on. not a bad thing

Bass sounds good to me. I sold my 101 a few months back and tho I can't say how 1:1 accurate this plugin is, it's got the same feel/vibe about it. Makes me wish I still had the sliders to play with...

2004 :)

Tal makes good stuff. I'm interested. Is there a demo? It's not clear on their page.

Yeah just find the download button, that's the demo. Their free 101 was good, but this takes it to a whole new level of authenticity. This I put up in the class of Diva.

All the controls map by automation parameters too so if you have a Novation SL it's just like having the hardware.

sliders makes so much more sense thank knobs for synth editing, you have a better overview of all the parameters settings.

I wrote to TAL asking for a randomizer in the sequencer, he replied he took note of this and that is should be possible. Nothing promised yet but i have hopes for that.
