Noob question but Im new to all this.

So I chopped up an audio sample, sliced it into a midi track and I want to be able to bridge a sequence using an echo out.

For example, I have a guitar riff as an intro, at the end of the intro, I want to be able to echo out the end of the loop for about 1 bar and them BAAM! The next sequence kicks in with the drums and everything.

I came from an MPC2500 and I'm use to editing certain tracks on Adobe Audition. Adding echos and effects by highlighting certain parts of the waveform.

Now I know Midi has no waveform so how do I go about doing this?

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks!

Add a Simple Delay, Ping Pong Delay, or Filter Delay effect. Automate the wet/dry.
