I don't think that's true - you can't really make fm with a subtractive synth.

And you will struggle to make sounds like Massive makes with anything else out there.

btw... For 3 u-he synths, I would pick Zebra, Diva and Bazille rather than ACE... Personally Bazille might be my single one synth I would pick if I absolutely could only pick 1.
