Suggestions for live, onstage mixer?

Post by sirvoice » Tue Aug 06, 2013 9:48 am

My electronic live band uses two computers with live vocals and sax.

We use a mixer on stage to rout separate channels. Currently Stereo mix (beats, bass, synths - computer A) and Vocals and sax on one each (via computer B) and output them into a stereo out.

We want to add more feeds (ie wet vox and sax from Comp A). And we want to be able to give more seperate feeds to sound guy. A mixer than can take more ins and outs. 8 x 8 would be great. With possibly sends etc onboard.

Something small enough to take around on stage too.

Any suggestions?

What about the upcoming Behringer X32 rack mixer?

analog and pretty good S2N ratio!

I use the Behringer Xenyx X1832 USB and I'm very happy with it!
